Ownership and Management Information: The Excellent Midwifery Journal (EMJ) is an open-access scientific journal officially owned, managed, and published by the Mitra Husada School of Health Sciences (STIKes) in Medan, Indonesia. (https://www.mitrahusada.ac.id/ )

The journal’s operations and academic management are handled entirely by an independent Editorial Board, led by the Editor-in-Chief, and supported by Section Editors, Peer Reviewers, and a Technical/IT Support Team.

The publisher (STIKes Mitra Husada Medan) provides the necessary infrastructure, web hosting, financial support, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations, sustainability, and the regular publication of the journal. The publisher does not interfere with the editorial decision-making process; all decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are based solely on academic merit and the results of the double-blind peer review process.
