Archiving Policy
The Excellent Midwifery Journal (EMJ) is a journal that operates on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. EMJ participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). This system ensures that all journal content is securely stored in a decentralized manner, so that manuscripts remain accessible even if the journal experiences technical difficulties or ceases operations.
Authors are permitted and encouraged to self-archive final copies (PDFs) of their published articles in: their respective institutional repositories; and on personal academic profile websites (such as Google Scholar, Academia.edu, etc.)
Permanent Identification DOI Archiving EMJ is a member of Crossref. All published articles have a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) that ensures the article’s identification and link (URL) are permanent and will not change, making the article easily traceable on a global scale.
